The cost for the 3-day event is only $60 ($70 after April 21 and at the door).
Youth (12-19): $30 ($35 after April 21 and at the door).
Registration for Professed Priests, Nuns, Seminarians, Youth 11 and under: no charge!
Due to financial hardship, we regret that there will be no group rate or discounts of any kind.
  • Consider inviting someone who has moved out of town, family members who have scattered, a birthday or Christmas gift, or plan a family reunion.
  • View the Conference Promotional Flyer, and feel free to duplicate and distribute it among your family and friends, or request a quantity to be sent to you for distribution. We would appreciate all efforts to have the brochures placed in your Parish and given to your Youth Coordinator!

  • We will send an email confirmation only, so please include your email address when registering! The name badges for 2024 will be available for you to pick up when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy: We regret that we cannot offer refunds for registration fees. All event planning expenses and other arrangements are incurred prior to the event. Thank you for your understanding.

The Conference will be held at the RENAISSANCE ST. LOUIS AIRPORT HOTEL located at 9801 Natural Bridge Road, adjacent to the St. Louis airport.

Room Rates: $109 + tax (single, double, triple, quad)
$109 rate rooms are SOLD OUT. We have renegotiated with the hotel to get a limited number of additional rooms at $139.

This completely updated and beautiful hotel is located just two minutes away from the airport, and the hotel shuttle runs continuously. For those arriving by plane, call Hotel shuttle at (314) 429-1100. The sleeping rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We encourage you to please lodge at the Renaissance Hotel, as this is the best way to help the conference. Everything is under one roof -- talks, adoration, hotel room!

Parking will be FREE for all attendees! Starting this year, the parking gates will be open from Friday morning until the end of the conference on Sunday. NO PARKING TICKETS OR VALIDATION WILL BE NEEDED.

Schedule

There will be offering of Holy Mass each day, Confessions, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and an Adoration Chapel open throughout the weekend. The entire weekend for one modest price.
